"The stage of KIOSK Budapest is a stage for live performances, where talented musicians and artists create an unforgettable atmosphere.

An Award We Can’t Stop Smiling About

We are beyond proud and overjoyed to share with you: KIOSK has been awarded 2 chef’s hats in its category in the Gault&Millau Guide Hungary 2026.

This is an outstanding achievement and an important milestone for us. It’s a moment that fills us with pride – and one we want to thank you for, our guests. Every bit of feedback, every smile, every empty plate tells us how to keep getting better.

Behind KIOSK stands a huge, devoted team – so many of us that we couldn’t possibly all fit into one photo. To each and every one of our teammates: thank you. We put our hearts into what we do, and we truly believe that’s something you can always feel.

Life is beautiful! ✨

What did Gault&Millau write about us?

“KIOSK is not just a restaurant, but also one of the centers of Budapest’s social life. Dynamism has always been a hallmark of its operation, and with the True Colors – Modern Revue program series it has also become the venue for dinner-accompanied, late-night musical and dance shows.

The thoroughly metropolitan, even cosmopolitan complex can host several hundred guests, with the terrace alone seating 150. Despite its high ceilings, the loft-style interior feels homely and warm, thanks in large part to the carefully considered lighting design.

Even at the busiest times, the service staff are helpful and smiling. KIOSK’s lunch menu is well-known for being a good value for money. It is especially commendable that such a high-traffic venue commits to Hungarian cuisine prepared thoughtfully, from quality ingredients, with the right techniques.

The dishes clearly show the attention and effort put into them before they made it onto the menu: they are refined and beautifully presented, and with a few small adjustments could even become exceptional. Their chicken paprikash with egg dumplings is memorable, and it’s a guest-friendly touch that the dumplings also appear separately on the menu with head lettuce, just like in homestyle Hungarian cooking. As for the poppy seed bread pudding – we’d come back just for that!”
