Fresh seafood and land-based ingredients are brought from the bed of ice to the grill before your eyes, for a phenomenal meal over the coals of the Big Green Egg. All accompanied by the best of local wines and sparkling wines, a selection of foreign champagnes, casual cocktails, elegant long drinks, oysters, fish, lamb, beef, ceviche, vegetables, cool small plates and flat breads.
The ancestor of the Green Egg is a thousands of years old East Asian wood-fired clay oven, invented by the Japanese. The taste of food prepared in ceramic eggs is unmistakable and their aroma is unparalleled.
