Bring your father or your child and toast to the beauty of life. Let this be a precious time just for you—without phones or distractions.

Because life truly is full of beautiful moments.

Now, as a father myself, I truly believe that if someone embraces this role with all their heart and soul, they absolutely deserve to be celebrated—at least once a year. It’s not about celebrating ourselves—there are two fathers in our family—but about recognizing what’s truly worth honoring.

For me, this day is a day of gratitude.
"Life is beautiful"—those were my father’s last words, and they’ve become my motto ever since. They remind me not to rush through life, but to pause, to rejoice, and to cherish what we have: the time spent together, the love we share, and life itself.

Our soon-to-open farm and restaurant is also named after him: Papi. I dedicated it to him; it carries his memory. And now, I have become a “Papi” too—to my little daughter. This is our story, living on in every guest we welcome, every fruit we grow, every smile we share.

I had hoped we could open Papi in time for Father’s Day, but we need just a few more weeks to complete the final touches. However, the farm is ready—and it’s beautiful. I’m immensely proud of it, and of the people I’ve had the privilege to build it with. It’s the result of years of hard work and many challenges, but it holds our hearts, our perseverance, and our love.

Happy Father’s Day to every dad, stepdad, and caregiver—anyone who gives fatherly love to a child or to someone grown.
